Dr. Matthew Hentzel grew up in Daytona Beach, and returned to practice in 2003. He is a graduate of College of Charleston with a bachelor in biology, and graduated from Barry University with a doctorate of podiatric medicine and surgery. He completed a three year surgical residency at Palmetto General Hospital in Miami, with a fellowship in external fixation.

He enjoys treating all aspects of podiatric care, both in office and hospital based, with focus in diabetic limb salvage.
